Box Build Assembly

Aurora Boardworks offers complete box build assembly services to customers who need additional manufacturing and assembly support. These services include everything from engineering to analysis to testing services.
We can perform all types of product assembly whether you’re looking for something simple such as securing a PCBA inside a plastic case or something more complex like multiple cable arrangements, specific torque requirements, light pipe or lens installation, digital display configuration, conformal coating, potting, or custom enclosures. A box build, also referred to as system integration, typically includes, electrical enclosures and backplanes or, custom-designed plastic or metal cases, cable and wire harnesses, power supplies, and other higher-level assembly requirements.

In simple terms, a box build consists of all the remaining assembly processes required to integrate a PCB assembly into a final functional product once the initial printed circuit board assembly is manufactured.
